I have a strange problem, I have just installed 2x512Pc3200 twinmos CL2.5 memory in my comp. Now, when I paly any 3d app, the app go make a fatal error, or exception error, or make my comp restart. I disabled fastwrites and reinstalled cat 4.2. The comp has been working without a single problem with 2x256 kingston CL2.5 DDR333 memory. Anybody knows what could it be? Nothing overclocked and memory in slots 1+2 and 1+3 proved with the same results.

edit: it also happens with one module.

3dmark2001 makes the system restart also!!!! It has no stability in 3D!!!
 
Thought I had it but no!!! I need your help guys, I'm getting really frustrated after being waiting this twinmos memory for 2 weeks 🙁
 
Run memtest86 on each stick separately, at non-overclocked settings. Please report back with results.

Edit: Also, for memtest86, make sure you toggle on the "ALL TESTS" setting, and let it run COMPLETELY (which will probably take an hour or two). If it passes that, try Prime95's "blend" torture test; that one will bring marginal memory to its knees, since it stresses the CPU and RAM at the same time.
 
Memtest made no errors. It is related to BIOS, after flashing it to the stock BIOS I locked memory @DDR333 and now it works just fine. I'll wait for a new Bios release and see if that helps to run it DDR400.
