Need help - good 3d card for a Dell 9200 ?

Just looking for advice - I just got a nice Dell 9200 desktop that I had PLANNED on using for some gaming. Shame on me for not doing more research, but it looks like I have a 375 watt power supply, and this really restricts the type of video card I can get.

What do you guys recommend for a Dell 9200 for the best possible 3D gaming ? I know it's not gonna be great, but I'd like to do the best I can...

With a good quality 375W PSU, which Dell PSUs usually are, it's adequate for any single-card on the market today.
