NEED HELP, getting serious amounts of BSOD's

I've been getting BSOD's like crazy over the past week and am unsure what my problem is. I've run overall system tests and at first my memory failed but after trying some things I realized it only fails when my memory is in the first yellow RAM slot. I get BSOD's in Vista and XP. I musta re-installed Windows 5 times already. I'm leaning towards thinking it's the motherboard or CPU because after having my CPU OC'd to 3.53 for over a month now, if I reset all my settings to stock, I can't boot to windows. Only way I can boot to windows is to increase my vcore. Any ideas of what could be my problem or what steps I should take to diagnose it? I'm a PC Tech so I've been doing a decent amount myself but I'm still fairly new to OC'ing so I'm not too sure what could be my problem here.

I have had a lot of BSOD's since installing my new P5B-MV mainboard. I just figured out what caused it... The 7600 GT card! :-(
For the past two days I've done everything I could think off, including taking all additional hardware out (also have 2X1GB DDR800) and reinstalling winxp three times. It turned out to be solved when I used another graphics adapter instead of my trusted 7600GT (from my old system, which worked perfectly with that system :-( ).
I'm not sure if you have the option of swapping parts, but that might indentify the problem. I haven;t found a solution yet, but I'll keep trying to figuer out what it can be! Right now my first guess would be nvidia drivers... I tried the last two versions already, and that didn't work. :-(
