Need help getting ICQ file transfer to work with my router

I've got a Netgear RT314 and was wondering if anybody can tell me how I can get incoming ICQ file transfers to work. Everything else that I want to work on the internet works......except for this. If anybody knows what changes I need to make in ICQ and to my router's configuration I'd really appreciate it. Thanks


Setup in case is needed:
Cable Modem -> Netgear RT314 -> Box running Win2k Professional

1. Get the latest netgear firmware that allows port ranges

2. Forward 20 ports to each ICQ client start with 20000 - 20019 for Client #1

3. Then go to ICQ and click on Pref/connections/Server and set it to using "Firewall" "not using proxy"
4. Under connections/user click on "not using proxy" and "use the following listen ports" here is where you enter the ports you forwarded
