I have a friend who has been a member for some time. When he signed up, he had a home email address. That address expired as he went through a few different ISP's during a few moves around the country. He decided to use a roaming email acct (Hotmail) as it suited his needs best at the time. When the HOTMAIL ban came into effect, he was booted from the forums as he could not list his employment address in his profile due to the sensitivity of his job and it was his only other email address at the time.
He now has a normal email addy again and wants to update his profile. He does not remember his password as it has been quite a while. The problem is, the last email addy he had was an expired one and his new one is not on file for his password to be sent to it. Is there any way to get help from a mod. I can put you directly in touch with him for security purposes.
Please advise.
