Need help from those with firewall experience

I'm tech chair for my fraternity and unfortunately have no experience with our equipment yet since the grad who ran things before is gone. I just got a call that our firewall is not allowing access to the internet to anyone in house. They can access their email and can send and recieve instant messages but no one can get on the internet, except our school website. This, however is only a problem through the hard line. Apparently everything is fine on wireless.

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me hear them. I appreciate any help. Thanks
 
Okay never mind... It turns out someone got some virus and the virus was messing with the firewall and screwing things up. Problem resolved
