Need help from someone who can read Vietnamese well

Someone or some entity is listing my personal email address as their own. I've been receiving a lot of spam and some of it gets through the filter because it's in Vietnamese.

I need help finding an email to let them know it's not me and hopefully have it removed. The URL is: http://niengiamnongnghiep.vn/duongnguyen/contact.html (non-accessible with NoScript on).

I don't know if the site has malware but I looked through Google's cache.
