Need help from japanese speaker/writer

This is kind of a long shot...

I wonder if someone here knows how to write the japanese characters of kaizen, which means "continuous improvement." I want to use the japanese character to be the logo for a class group.

Dude, those characters in the link are actually kanji (Chinese) characters, they are correct.

The kanji in that link is Chinese.
