Need help from Infiniti Owners

I know someone with a remote that died on a 2003 M45. Is it an easy battery to replace like an Acura or Lexus, or is it the kind like on BMW's where when they die you have to program a whole new remote?

I am not sure. But if it is not a battery that is easy to replace, buy a new remote on ebay. They should either come with instructions on how to program it or take it to the dealer and say that it stopped working and you just got it (from a different dealer of course) they should be able to program it for you.
