I was born a poor black girl in Compton, CA. I was raped by my borhers, daddy and uncles all my life but I strive for something better.

It's one personal statement for about 30 schools ranging from the top to the not-so-top.

And i'm not cheating...im not asking anyone to write it for me. I just need someone to help me out. Personal statements are really important and i just want to make sure its perfect.
