NEED HELP!: fried cpu or mobo??

ok, i changed out my heatsink on my abit kt-7 with a 750 t-bird i had running semi-stable at 1050, and now the damn system doesnt boot at all!!! uhhg... i cant see any physical damage, but when i power-up, the things starts going, drives and fans winding up, keyboard flashes, but no video and no beeps!!... IT DOES THE SAME WHEN I TAKE THE CPU ALL THE WAY OUT! LOL...

now is this a fried mobo? fried cpu? dont know? hmm... help plz.

My guess is CPU or a loose PCI/AGP card.

The keyboard lights work, so the motherboard is probably okay...

Make sure that your PCI/AGP cards are extremely secure ... or try another CPU ...

Have ya tried clearing your bios?
I think with the Kt7 you hold down "Insert" right after you turn it on, and it should set your bios back to default. Might want to give that a try.
