Need help for USB external hard drives for PC in N/w

hi all

i am facing serious problem in a PC,,

which actually have 4 physical drives say A, B,C,D

and it also haves nearly 19 shared N/W drives (most of the English alphabets covered for the drive)

and finally the

so what's the problem?
