need help for selecting a motherboard

My old computer is not working any more and my guess is the old MSI KT3 Ultra2 motherboard went wrong. I definately need your guys' help for selecting a new but compatible mother board for my old computer, since I am very limited to this part.
The processor AMD (Duron??) and that's all I can think of now.

Please recommend one for the emergency, thanks.
