Need help for motherboard and DDR2, speed match problem?

I'd like to use ZOTAC GF6100-E-E. It's specification tells accept DDR2-800 RAM, not mention any other type DDR2.
I have DDR2-533 RAM. May I use DDR2-533 RAM in this motherboard?

Under motherboard specifications on page 4 of the manual, it tells you that the mobo supports DDR2 533/667/800.
