its an external fan and im going to go to case fans if this isnt much more

its a mytek model MY-0133

and it says 120V/AC 60HZ 0.3A 15W what does that mean?

120volt AC, 60Hz motor and a 15watt power draw at .3 amps

You can't get CFM from those stats alone. Do a WEB SEARCH on the model number. The rated CFM will be out there somewhere.
