Need help for a friend

My friend's 6600 recently died, and he asked me to find a replacement. He says he wants something better. Problem is, he has a generic 300 watt power supply with no left over power cables. He says doesn't want to replace it, so I have to find a card for him that works..

Any help? His budget is 200 dollars. And I know he could take 50 of that for a power supply, but he doesn't want to.

I would get either an x1950Pro ($135 or less w/ rebate) or x1950xt ($170) and pray it works out.

I had a customer have me install an x1900xtx in his Sony VAIO with stock power supply. Aside for the lack of a PCI-e power cable (I had to get an adapter) it worked out for him.
