Ok, I've been spoiled in the past with my Asus A7V. Asus has that handy dandy BIOS flashing utility that lets you flash the BIOS from the Windows environment easy as pie. I'm building a system for somebody now though with the Epox 8KHA and this easy way out is no longer an option. I'd like some help on doing this with Win2k because it sounds quite a bit more tricky or at least hasn't been done as much as with DOS based OSes like Win98.

Download this. It is a boot disk that loads no memory drivers (what you need to flash a bios). You will need a blank floppy. Just double click the EXE and it creates a bootable disk image for you!

Then copy the bios and flash util to the disk. (May have to extract it first if epox zips their bios's for download).

restart, make sure bios has floppy set up as first boot device.
follow the directions in the readme file to flash the bios.

Remove disk, restart, and your done
