Need help flashing a 3870X2

OK, as it says I was trying to use ATI RBE to change my clocks now I have two bricks unless some one has the patients to talk me through it?

I'm fairly comfy in there now just can't get them to flash properly(both cores at one time), also I don't have a AGP card but I'm use the cards now they only show one core as recognized the other as a unknown device?

So if you could offer help to me, I have two of these cards and yes they are both fubard. So please use a dummied down explanation if you could?

I found out my problem, not sappose to use winflash on these cards? Who knew? So they were bricked. BUT, they came from a certain retailer that had a 2 year warranty on the sales add. They paid the shipping for me,
