Need help fixing ICQ

I'm having problems getting my old data base back after a format. I backed my icq dir up on a cd-r. So, I re-installed ICQ, registered my 2 uin's and transfered my 2000b folder over from the cd-r, then made sure the files weren't write protected. When I try to boot up ICQ only 1 of my 2 uin's work. When i try to switch over to the other one icq crashes.

Any idea's what i could do? Do the versions of icq have to be the same? Do i have to run the db converter?
