I have an Eclipse tablet that I use to stream music when I have guests. Recently, when trying to sign onto the new WiFi the keyboard would not come up. So I can't type in the password to connect to the internet. Is there a way to attach it to my PC fix it? I could bring it to the repair shop but I don't want to spend a lot of money on an old tablet.

It is possible that "On Screen Keyboard" is turned off in settings. You might just want to check that. If that doesn't work you could try installing a 3rd party keyboard app like Swiftkey. Lastly you could try a system reset.

You might get more help for this issue over in the "Mobile Devices" subforum. I'm sure there are more Android wizards over there!

I was on the fence on which forum to post. Thanks for the suggestions.

Checked settings and it is set to default google voice texting. There isn't any option to change it.
