need help fixing 9800

I Just got this card on ebay an aiw 9800se which I was hoping to softmod to pro. But one of the bits(I think a transistor or something?) was loose in the bag. Should I try to solder it back and test it or try and get a refund without bothering? It looks a bit fiddly and I have big clumsy fingers. Any advice would be more than welcome.

go to radio shack and ask if they know of any experienced solderers that can help you. Lots of guys go into those places who do stuff like that.
