Need help finding the name of a "party" song

I am looking for a party song that is usually played during sports games after a touchdown or a timeout in basketball, where they play it over the loudspeaker. And it sounds like "oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh - OH OH" and it repeats. Anybody know what I am talking about?

Maybe it's a clue enough, but it was played after the Patriots scores their first(or maybe it was their second) TD of the game versus the Colts.

It's a little quicker than that.. it's done at a quicker pace. It's played with like some techno in the background.
