Need help finding the correct audigy drivers

Just received my audigy platinum ex and i've having trouble installing the drivers. I have the playcenter and AUD_EAX4DRV_031031.exe installed but when i attempt to install the surround mixer. tasbar utility or ahq i get the message "setup could not find any previous version of XXXXX installed. Trouble is i can't find any other versions of ahq, surroundmixer or the taskbar utility on the website. Can anyone help me out here?
 
go to creative's website and download the automatic driver downloader...that should help...

also uninstall any previous drivers...
