Need help finding out who owns this cell phone number

I need to find out who owns this certain cell phone number(I wont post the number for privacy reseaons). I googled some stuff and found these reverse phone number sites but all of them are the same. They tell u what city its listed in but when u click full info they want u to pay money. I wanted to know if anyone knows something like this that is for free?

I can find out what cell company owns the number for you. Beyond that, I don't think there is much you can do.

Whitepages Reverse Lookup can do that.
Yes OP, for a cell phone lookup you'll have to pay.

We have a pre-porting application that we use that checks to see what company owns the number at the moment.
