Need help finding motherboard socket 775

I am looking to switch my current PCI based RAID card to a PCI-Express x4 card.
My current motherboard (Asus P5B-E) will not support this card.
I need a motherboard with at least one x4 slot in addition to the x16 of the video card.
2 x16 slots would be fine as long as they are a little bit apart.
Don't think I will ever need more then 2 standard PCI slots.
Decent overclockers should apply.
DDR2 memory support only needed.

Any Suggestions?
