need help finding if my ram is compatable with certain mobo

I have 2x2 gb kit of OCZ ddr2 that i got for the $55 deal from frys, model OCZ2VU8004GK. Anyone know if this works fine with the MSI p6n platinum? Current mobo doesnt like it, plus mobo is junk. thanks!

Hard to tell, but I'd certainly get rid of that Ultra PS. If that's the X-2 Connect, it has a serious +12V voltage droop problem, and your high-power quad core is going to make that worse. See for example here: http://www.legitreviews.com/article/368/1/
