Need help finding ethernet Driver for HP 742N

Did a search on 742n and this old thread came up.

I had to reinstall windows xp on an old HP Pavilion 742n machine and got all available drivers off the HP site. Well the Ethernet driver is no where to be found. I can't figure out the MB maker I thought I could go to their site to look.

What options do I have?

Update it to SP3. The driver may be included.

You can also call HP and see if they still have restore software for that model.
 
Well looks like Ma-Config is useless if I can't get the Ethernet drivers first since it posts it's results on it's web page. Not sure if it will work offline but it didn't this time.
 
maybe the ethernet driver is included in the chipset driver.

if the MB model is correct; that's an old Nforce1 setup. You could try Nvidia's website for drivers.
