Need help finding display drivers for 8800M GTS

i was looking at nvidia.com and under the geforce M/Go section the only card listed is the 8700M so i'm not sure if that would work on my laptop.

Second question, can regular 8800 drivers work on the 8800M series??

Have you tried this website: http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/ ?

You might be able to use the desktop driver, but it might be unstable. You'll probably also lose the driver-controlled power-saving features.

What about looking at Gateway's website? Otherwise, try the nVidia mobile driver that only lists up the the 8700M.

The laptop2go drivers were perfect for my HP9500t. The Nvidia website drivers DID NOT WORK for my 9500t, 6000t, or dell Vostro 1500. The laptop2go work well.
