Need help finding "complete" file

I am trying to find the file under docs and settings where my AV is telling me I have a whole bunch of viruses. Only thing is that when I search for the file it isn't there. Even when I search sub files and hidden files. Any help on how I could find this file. All of the files the AV is finding are all zip files that I haven't dled.

 
First, run the AV in Safe Mode
Next, Most AV will either remove or Quarantine the Files
If they Quarantine them, it is usually in a Sub Folder of the Main AnitiVirus install Folder
