Need help finding an overclock-friendly NIC

I currently have a 3Com 3C905C-TXM, a model I thought was pretty high end (except for their newer 3XP models).

However, upon having built an Athlon overclocked machine, I've found that the 3Com NIC is preventing me from going above bus speeds of 140Mhz. First of all, is this normal for a name-brand NIC to crap out at such a low overclock? And secondly, can anyone recommend a brand/model of a NIC which they know from experience can handle higher bus speeds? Help appreciated 🙂
