need help finding an item online

I remember seeing a post about a small device that allows you to monitor current/voltage/amp hour usage ect. Seems like it only cost ~$40.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
I can think of the correc name to search with

The Samuel Dana School of Natural Resources building at the University of Michigan has composting toilets in its public bathrooms. It's awesome, as is the rest of the building. It's all low-voltage, low-wattage, conservation of energy, and super efficient. I love going in that place.
