Need Help finding an Internet Access (dial up isp) in china - any+all help appreciated.

Will be there for a few weeks on and off and would like a very reliable solution for dial access. Please help, this is for my boss and he is damn demanding.

IBM used to have a dial-up system that pretty much covered the world. Might be worth a shot if they haven't sold it off. WorldCom GlobalNet...something like that has satellite-fed nodes pretty much world-wide.
