Need help finding an eviction notice

I am looking for an eviction notice but i can't find any free ones. Any help is appreciated.

your state probably requires a waiting period between when notice is given and when you can start ejectment proceedings if it is a residential place. so, we'll need to know before anything happens. if it isn't residential, your state probably allows you to just change the locks.

unfortunately it isn't a prank and i need to evict a tenant of mine and need a eviction notice

Microsoft has free Word templates but I don't have a link. Poke around and I'm sure you'll find one.

All you have to do is give a final notice stating when payment is due and how much.
Then go to the court house and file eviction. They will either have the police serve the eviction notice or you have to hire a paper server. Either way you go to court. If it is a prank I can fax you an example from the court.

Edit you do not just give someone a notice and they have to get out. It is a legal process.
