It's too late for that, given the specific requirements/limtations she's placed on you.
Tell her sorry but you couldn't find an appropriate fit for her.

Why do you need your sister-in-law hassling you about her mom's PC?
The relationship is too distant for you to get mired down in all that.

The built in numeric keypad is an unwise requirement. She could always add a USB numeric keypad. If that won't do, I second Blain's motion.
