need help finding a special HD rack!?!?

i am looking for a way to mount my hard drives in the larger 5.25 bays of my server, and i know they sell brackets that enable you to do it. but a few months ago i saw somone selling these hard drive racks that used these thick rubberbands to hold the HDs in place so that in essence they were totally isolated from shock. i am looking for a place to buy these, or if anyone has them i need 3 of them.

so they look like the caddy to a HD rack for 5.25" drive bay, but they use black thick rubber bands to hold the HD in place.
