Need help finding a song! ~Played on KROQ / Rodney on the Roq~

This morning at 2AM I was driving home and they played this song by some european band that went something like "I feel stupid...when I look into her eyes...stupid"
It wasn't any mainstream band that I know of.. it's from a band either in britain / ireland / scandinavia
If anyone can help me figure out this song I will definitely find some reward for you. TIA!
