Need help finding a socket 478 motherboard.

I have a P4 2.8 socket 478 that is in a Compaq system right now. I am wanting to take that CPU out and buy a socket 478 mobo that has the options that I am looking for:

such as...
Dual Channel capable memory
SATA II with RAID 0
on board sound
onboard LAN

Please help me find a mobo that has all this that will take a socket 478 CPU. Thanks.
 
In my opinion, the Asus P4C800-E Deluxe was the best board for the socket 478. However, I don't recommend buying one. You are much better off buying a conroe board and upgrading your system completely. I have an Asus p4c with 3.0ghz Prescott and it is aging very badly. Better to bite the bullet and work towards a new machine.
