Need help finding a pic

Well, this is sort of a long shot, but worth a try. My friend printed this pic years ago for me, and I think he might have scanned it himself and photoshopped the text in. I had to scan the pic in again, which is why its such poor quality. I was wondering if anyone's has or seen a better version of this pic before and could point me to it. Thanks.
