Need Help Finding a New MB for O/C

I'm building a new p3 700 and want to push it as high as I can, but i was wondering if there are any motherboards that allow you to change the fsb, mem, and pci speeds separately. I don't want to change the ratios like you can on the ASUS CUSL2, because once i take the fsb over 133 or higher, my pci cards become unstable.
