Hi guys, I am stuck with Abit NF7-S motherboard with nforce2 chipset. Since ****** Nvidia won't support it anymore, my vista has not been very stable. I think its the GART driver. Anyways I want to upgrade to new Pentium dual core 6600 but i haven't gamed all that much with the pc so thought i should hold out.

So right now I need help from you guys in finding a good motherboard. I think VIA chipset would be good since they haven't said nething about not supporting it w/ vista. BTW I am using a AMD 2600xp mobile chip, so i'll need a good mobo that will be a good overclocker. Thanks

What makes you think via is any better about vista support? I would wait for the first vista service pack, and stick with what you have. Your board is one of the best socket a boards made. Vista does not work well with some software or games.
