Need Help finding a good SATA card

Im going to be getting an eSATA hard drive and need help finding a good SATA card worth a good price for my PC. It has to be PCI. Can anyone recommend me one or direct me to a good site? Im really not sure what Im looking for

well I can connect the hard drive bc it also has USB 2.0 which I have. Im interested in using eSATA bc its faster, but the hard drive is still functional for me without it
