Need help finding a good P35 that's 4-pin 12V compatible...

I'm getting ready to start a new gaming rig and would like to keep it as cheap as possible. Therefore, I'd like to reuse my current case & power supply (Antec 400 Watt ATX12V v2.0). I don't overclock so I think that should be enough power for my planned parts:

Core 2 8400
Radeon 4850
2GB Ram

I found one P35 that's 4-pin compatible, but it apparently can't use a 45nm processor without a bios upgrade, and you can't upgrade the bios without a processor, so it's a catch 22.

Anybody have any suggestions?

The four cheapest on newegg only require 4 pin. Not sure if they support 45nm out of the box or not.

Takes a 45 nm cpu out of the box and has a 4-pin power connection.
