Need help finding a good deal on airfare.

I'm a noob at this sort of thing .

I'm going to visit my brothers this summer and am trying to find a good deal. Currently, American airlines wants 2300 for the trip, I tried a few of the first google results and was getting prices in the range of 2200, but I'm sure there is a better deal out there.

What are some good sites for this sort of thing? Any coupons that can be used?

The plan is to go from Honolulu (on the 9th of next month), to Pittsburgh, stay there until early august, then go to Zurich until the first of September (of course going back to Honolulu).

I've been looking for a cheap airfare to Chicago this summer... and have come up with nil so far. While up until lately I've had no problem getting something sub $300, I can't get any non-stops for under around $450 r/t, no matter what days I fly. Don't forget, on some sites you have to take the taxes and fees into consideration.

Also check for fares to Cleveland (maybe your brother can get you to/from Pittsburgh from there) - might be cheaper and it's only a 2.5-hour drive.

I like checking through Cheapoair. You just have to remember to add in the taxes and stuff.
