Need help filling out customs form for USPS shipment to England

OK, how do I fill out this thing.

The person has given me their street address and their apartment number. That takes up Address line 1 and Adress Line 2 on the customs form.

All that's left is:

Post Code
City
Country

They live in:

Preston, Lancashire
PR1 1JR
United Kingdom

How do I go about putting that on the form? I know where the post code and country go, but where do I put the Preston, Lancashire at?

I've never sent something to the UK before so that's why I'm asking.

Preston is the City, Lancashire is the county which would be the state over here.

And amen to what iamwiz82 said, I'd never ship anything valuable to England ever again.


Edit: Put the City/County on the same line, it'll find its way there.

I still fail to see what is so complicated about it. I can do it in my sleep (shipped to over 40 countries).

I didn't think it was complicated...

I just didn't know what the hell Preston, Lancashire was so I just needed to know where to put it 😀
