Alright I screwed 2 computers up using windows 98's policy editor. Everything's RESTRICTED!!! It's in the registry too! How can I erase this? Do I need to reinstall?

Maybe you can do a C:\windows\command\scanreg/restore and just select a
version dated a few days in the past. Worth a try.
