I'd probably type it like this: It would be nice if people attempted to spell and use correct grammar.

None of them. It should be, "It would be nice if people attempted to spell and use grammar correctly."

People don't spell "correct." They spell "correctly." Your verbs and adverbs don't match up in number in your three original sentences.
