need help fast on an MS "Live ID" issue

I come to the collective of AT for fast help.

My guy is onsite and can't get this stuff to quit popping up. He's tried all the usual, add/remove, disable start up items. He says he's googled the issue with no apparent fix.

I don't have time to research it myself or I would. AT is my research 😉

The customers installed no new ms products according to him. says it's an xp and NOT a vista machine.

So any ideas?

I need to tell him how to disable or remove this crap.
