NEED HELP FAST (Kt3 Ultra and XP1600)

i just received a stickof real samsung mem (pc2700, ctl version), xp1600 agoia f, an enermax 350 watt ps, and a msi kt3 ultra mobo. when i turn it on, it does nothing but doa slow steady beeping. no post, nothing
help!

How is the jumper on the WD hard drive set?

If it looks like this - : : : | : ( MASTER DRIVE )

Change it to this - : : _ : ( SINGLE DRIVE )

Can you clear the BIOS to set a default setting ?

thehard drive jumper is set to be a single drive.
i'm going to disassemble and reassemble everything in a little while, but i'm too f'ing frustrated to even think about touching it right now

in regards to bios settings: let me repeat.....i cannot get into the bios, the system will not post - all i get is a blank screen and the system continuously beeps at me every 5 or 6 seconds.
