Need help fast- External hard drive enclosure for brother in Iraq

My brother is in Iraq and I need to send him a bunch of files.

The best way is to get an external hard drive enclosure and a 3.5" drive (2.5" is too expensive for larger drives). Since 3.5" can't be powered by USB, I need one that can take the 220v power over there.
As long as we're going 3.5", I'm getting a 250GB from Newegg. Anyone know of 3.5" aluminum enclosure that runs cool (for obvious reasons) and takes 250GB drives and runs off 220v and 110v?

I need to know quick so I can get an order in this morning yet though.

Thanks much.

The Bytecc looks like a good option. I've had one for a 250GB I had before and it looks like the power goes upto 240v.
