need help fast, cpu turns on but no video signal

hey guys,

i need some quick help...everything seems to start up fine (cpu/fans/mobo) but the monitor refuses to give me a signal...it stays at no video signal..i've switched to other video cards but nothing...i'm using an xp 1800 on a msi ultra kt333 w/ 512 pc2100 ddram..suggestions???
